Major elements of the project include: 2.1. Select system renewal/replacement at Cherokee School and Clarcona Elementary School campuses. a. Cherokee School - 550 S Eola Dr, Orlando, FL 32801 b. Clarcona Elementary School - 3607 Damon Rd, Apopka, FL 32703 2.2. The renovation of Cherokee School includes but not limited to, site storm water improvements, select structural repairs, reroofing, replacement of intercom, and addition of an elevator for ADA access to the 2nd floor. 2.3. The renovation of Clarcona Elementary School includes but not limited to, site storm water improvements, select roofing replacement/renewal, windows and exterior painting, various interior finishes, mechanical equipment replacement, electrical power to support mechanical equipment and low voltage installations. Target Schedule: Design/Pre-construction Services Commencement: March 2022 Construction Notice to Proceed: January 2023 Substantial Completion: July 2023 Anticipated Award Date 2/22/2022
