Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mooresville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a 215-space sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of constructing a 215-space parking lot with associated drainage, sidewalks, landscaping, and appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated on the Bid Form. Iredell County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for sound documented reasons, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Bidders must hold a valid North Carolina General Contractors license with a classification of "Highway" or "Unclassified". Upon Engineering Firm's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via its delivery method of choice. An additional charge will be required for special shipping services requested by a Prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Engineering Firm will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Engineering Firm. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Owner or Engineer.
