Renovation of a municipal facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work to be done includes preparation of the existing roof and installation of a PVC single ply roofing system, and related work. The site is located at the southern- most end of S. Harbor Dr., Extended, Milwaukee WI 53207. THE LOWEST COMPETENT AND RELIABLE BIDDER WILL BE AWARDED A CONTRACT TO P E R F O R M T H E ABOVE-DESCRIBED WORK. The Board of Harbor Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Board of Harbor Commissioners will award this contract to the lowest reliable and competent bidder. In the case of a tie low bid, the Board of Harbor Commissioners reserves the right to determine the award. No bid will be considered as accepted until the Board of Harbor Commissioners votes to accept it. SBE PARTICIPATION Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation of 25 percent is required on this contract, unless waived by the City. In accordance with Chapter 370 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances, SBE participants must be certified by the City of Milwaukee Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI)
