Renovation of an educational facility in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified company to replace in kind the 50 ton air cooled chiller at Health Services. This includes, but not limited to, removal of the current equipment and purchase and installation of the new chiller. Remove old air cooled chiller with crane. Install new Dunham Bush 50 ton Air Cooled chiller Model ACDS050ANGS with crane. (There is currently a large tree that overhangs the chiller that will be removed with another project.) Bid must include chiller freight. Crane work must be completed on a Saturday so include that overtime in your cost. Include rubber isolation pads for the base. Installation of new pipe stands. Pipe up new chiller to existing connections. Minor electrical tie in from existing stem to new chiller. Insulate needed piping (metal jacketed over 1 '/" fiberglass insulation).
