**As of February 17, 2022, the sole bidder Inex Architectural Products, LLC was awarded in an amount of $14,522.65. Grates are currently in production. The purpose of this bid is to establish a firm, fixed price for the turnkey acquisition of four (4) replacement terminal entry door grates at the air-port in accordance with purchasing policies of the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. The scope of work includes the turnkey acquisition and delivery to the North-west Florida Beaches Inter-nation-al Air-port of four (4) replacement terminal entry door grates located in the terminal building at the at the air-port. Materials and finished grates shall be provided in accordance with the attached "Replacement Entry Door Grates" specification. The Airport reserves the right to reject any one or all bids, or any part of any bid, to waive any informality in any bid and to award a con-tract deemed to be in the best interest of the Airport. All questions regarding this bid shall be in writing and directed to accounting@pcairport.com . Questions will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on December 8, 2021. All questions and responses will be made avail-able on the Air-port Electronically no later than 5 p.m. CST on December 10, 2021.
