Bidding is estimated to take place in April of 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, requests the submission of qualifications and performance data from professional architects for the design and development of construction plans and documents for Phases 2 and 3 of Burns Road Community Center Modernization and Expansion project. All proposers are advised to carefully examine the requirements of the solicitation. Any questions regarding the completeness or substance of the requirements must be submitted in writing via the electronic procurement platform. The City of Palm Beach Gardens reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such terms and conditions it deems will best serve the interests of the City. The purpose of the Information Session and Site Visit is to provide and solicit information relative to the scope, purpose, nature, and extent of the work, and any local conditions, which may affect the work and its performance. Submission of qualifications shall constitute an acknowledgement by the Architect that it has thoroughly examined and is familiar with the requirements of this Solicitation package.The failure or neglect of the Architect to examine the Solicitation package, shall in no way relieve the Architect of any obligation with respect to its response or the requirements of the contract. No claim for additional compensation will be allowed that is based on a lack of knowledge of the requirements of this Solicitation package or intended vision for this project The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
