Renovation of a municipal facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of January 13, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Description: The work involves the modification of the existing main entrance door and vestibule. The provisions of 49 CFR Part 26, and 41 CFR Part 60-1, as applicable to Federal grants regarding equal employment practices and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation are applied to these procurements. The Scope of Work shall include but is not limited to: 1. Demolition of the existing entrance door, existing wood framed vestibule and plastic laminate reception desk 2. Installation of a new aluminum storefront entrance door. 3. Construction of a new entrance vestibule with structural steel framing, gypsum board partitions and ceiling and aluminum storefront system. 4. Installation of a new recessed, electric, ceiling mounted cabinet heater. 5. Remove, salvage and reinstall two existing automatic door operator. 6. Furnish and install a new custom plastic laminate reception desk. The Engineer's Estimate is $182,000.00 The DBE goal is six percent (6%) Substantial Completion - 180 days after the Notice to Proceed and Final Completion is 210 days after the Notice to Proceed.
