A timeline for award has not yet been established.*** Legal Notice Invitation to Bid-Notice is hereby given by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government that bids will be received until 2 pm, local time on 11/30/2021 at the LFUCG procurement website, Ionwave (below), for: Bid 115-2021 Diving Board Replacements. Only online bids will be accepted for this solicitation. Additional information may be obtained at https://lexingtonky.ionwave.net or by calling (859) 258-3320. Question Cutoff Date: 11/22/2021 04:00 PM (ET) Contracts that are less than $50,000 will not require a 5% bid security or a performance and payment bond. Purpose of the bid is to remove and dispose of 3 existing Duraflex diving board stands and replace with 3 SR Smith one meter steel stands with hand rails and 12' SR Smith swim club boards (White) or equivalent and anchor one Duraflex stand and provide 1 new 16' aluminum Duraflex diving board and 1 new 14' Duraflex diving board. . Douglass Pool: 1 new 14' Duraflex diving board will be provided by contractor and existing stand will be inspected and brought to factory specifications. . Shillito Pool: 1 Duraflex diving board stand will be removed and disposed of. Contractor will provide and install a new 12' SR Smith White swim club board and 1 new SR Smith one meter steel stand with stainless steel handrails and steps or equivalent. . Southland Pool: 2 Duraflex diving board stands will be removed and disposed of. Contractor will provide and install 2 new 12' SR Smith White swim club board and 2 new SR Smith one meter steel stand with stainless steel handrails and steps or equivalent. . Woodland Aquatic Center: 1 existing Duraflex diving board stand will need to be secured to the concrete and inspected by contractor and brought up to factory specifications, new 16' Duraflex diving board will be provided by the contractor.
