Project was awarded to Austin Engineering Co. Inc. in the amount of $22,619,961.16 The extension of New Hope Drive from Ronald Reagan Blvd to approximately 200' east of Sam Bass Rd (10460 LF), and the extension of Toro Grande Blvd to New Hope Dr (871 LF). New Hope Drive will be constructed as a four-lane divided roadway. These improvements generally include excavation, embankment, concrete curb and gutter, HMACP, sidewalks, 16" water line, 12" wastewater line, storm sewer and culvert installation, bridge construction, illumination, traffic signal modifications, and a final asphalt overlay.
