Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Transmission Main Twinning & Oxford Ave Vault Rehabilitation: Installation of approx. 1,400 m of 900mm diameter PVC water main, including tie-in to existing mains with vault and valve additions; Installation of remote valve actuators on the existing and new 900mm transmission mains; Installation of launch and extraction points on the existing 900mm asbestos cement transmission main; Replacement of old valves (3 -900mm, 1 - 300mm) and vault at Oxford Ave SW; Replacement of 30m of existing 900mm asbestos cement transmission main located between the vault and the 7850mm transmission mains. Additional work may include replacement and upgrades to the Seven Persons Water Meter. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Construction is currently anticipated in 2027, pending capital funding approval. Further update may be available late 2025/2026. *Budget is unreleased.
