In determining best value for the district, the District is not restricted to considering price alone, but may consider any other factor stated in the selection criteria. The La Joya ISD project for Sanitary Sewer Improvements at Guillermo Flores and Leo J. Leo Elementary School includes sanitary sewer infrastructure that consists of installing proposed Sanitary Sewer Manholes, Sanitary Sewer Lines and Service Laterals. Additionally, the project scope includes decommissioning existing sanitary sewer infrastructure such as Sanitary Sewer Manholes, Sewer Lines and Lift Stations at both Guillermo Flores and Leo J Leo Elementary Schools.
