Water Pollution Control and WPCP: If the Contractor fails to comply with the requirements of Special Provisions Section 13, "Water Pollution Control", all referenced requirements in this section, and the approved Water Pollution Control Program, the Contractor shall pay to the County of Riverside the sum of $500.00 per day for each and every working day after the expiration of 72 hours written notification from the Engineer. During the 7 Calendar (Consecutive) Days, working hours shall be between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Sunday March 13, 2022 for work not requiring full closure of roads, and 24-hours after full road closures are implemented at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday March 13, 2022 through 10:00 p.m. on Saturday March 19, 2022.
