AISD Project Number: 21-0008-BLKSH 1.2. AISD Solicitation Number: 22CSP043 Brief Description of Scope of Work (the "Work"): o Replacing the Main Switchgear and electrical systems to accommodate the HVAC work. o Waterproofing behind the new switchgear. o Replacement of the existing chiller on the roof of the boiler room building. Existing chiller to be demolished. New chiller to be located on the ground on a concrete pad. New chilled water piping to be run underground from the new chiller to the crawlspace and connect to existing chilled water piping in building basement and crawlspace. Area for new Chiller to be protected by a chain link fence. o Replacement of existing chilled water pump and chilled water expansion tank. o Provide new air-dirt separator and filter feeder at chilled water hydronic system. o Replacement of AHU-2. o Replacement of building DDC Building Management System. New system to include new like for like controls componentsfor all existing mechanical equipment in addition to new components for new equipment. o Raising the height of Penthouse 2 to accommodate the new larger AHU 2. o Installing a new metal wall panels and metal roof on Penthouse 2. o Regrading and minor site work on the East side of the campus to divert water away from the building entrance. o Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
