Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project shall consist of improvements to Sertoma Park, including tennis courts and access paths. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required and perform all demolition, construction, installation, and testing of all improvements, modifications, and additions as shown on the Drawings and specified in the Project Manual. B. Major components of the project include but not limited to the following: a. Demolition of Youth Tennis Courts. b. Construction of concrete walking paths. c. Construction of new Pickleball/Youth Tennis Courts. d. Demolition of fencing around the Adult Tennis Courts. e. Replacement of the nets in the Adult Tennis Courts. f. Resurfacing of the Adult Tennis Courts. g. New Fencing around the Adult Tennis Courts. The Work under this Contract shall be Substantially Completed by September 15, 2022 and shall achieve Final Completion by October 15, 2022.
