Renovation of an educational facility in Everett, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Estimated cost $500K to $800K. Allegany College of Maryland requests proposals to upgrade the HVAC system in the Bedford County Campus Building. Prospective bidders should direct questions about the specifications to Adam Phipps, Maintenance Director, at 301-784-5262, or aphipps@allegany.edu DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED: Per the specifications, the awarded contractor will be expected to remove existing geothermal classroom unit ventilators, ceiling mounted fan coil, electric duct coil, and geothermal circulator pump and install new equipment called for per the specifications including, but not limited to, heat recovery units, thermostats, pumps, well field headers, and condensing units. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The awarded contract must review and comply with the Pennsylvania Department of Education's Construction Clauses, see below for more information. Award of the bid will be at a later date after an analysis of all proposals. Allegany College of Maryland reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and request other proposals. Allegany College of Maryland reserves the right to accept any proposal it feels is in the best interest of the college. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contractor Questions will be MONDAY, DECEMBER 27th , 2021.
