You must register on the Hudson County Purchasing Portal in order to download the bid specifications. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided and shall be in accordance with the specifications contained in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders and other bid documents. Questions are to be submitted in writing via email on no later than December 8, 2021 at 12:00 AM to Christine Moro, Purchasing Agent at No further questions will be accepted after this time. Answers will be posted by the end of business on December 8, 2021 on the Purchasing Portal. Bids must be submitted by delivery or courier service, including, but not limited to, UPS, Federal Express, DHL, or U.S. Express Mail. Please do NOT send your bids via USPS mail. These bids MUST arrive prior to the scheduled bid opening time. YOU BEAR FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF YOUR BID AT THE BID OPENING TIME. Late bids will NOT be accepted under any circumstances. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq and all other requirements set forth in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are required to use the statement forms contained in the general Conditions and Instructions to Bidders. The County of Hudson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive nay informalities or to accept a bid which, in its judgment , best serves the interest of the County. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of the bids.
