This Project Involves Roadway Resurfacing in Select Locations on I-93 and the F.e. Everett Turnpike and Spot Inlays on the Circumferential Highway Between the Daniel Webster Highway and NH RT. 3A Bidders Should Act Promptly and Submit All Questions Pertaining to the Project in Writing to John Corcoran at John.w.corcoranjr@dot.nh.gov at Least Five (5) Business Days Before the Hour and Date Set for the Bid Opening. No Phone Calls or Faxes Will Be Accepted. All individuals, firms, partnerships or corporations intending to bid, must file a statement showing their qualifications with the Department of Transportation on forms prepared for that purpose at least ten (10) days prior to opening of bids. No authorization to bid will be granted to a prospective bidder not prequalified. Any information submitted as part of the Invitation to Bids may be subject to public disclosure under RSA 91-A. In addition, in accordance with RSA 9-F:1, any contract entered into as a result of the bid letting will be made accessible to the public online via the website Transparent NH. If contract price is $35,000 or more, the successful bidder will be required to furnish electronically, at the time of approval, a contract bond in the amount of One hundred (100) percent of their bid. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all proposals. NHDOT - Central Turnpike Resurfacing This project involves resurfacing existing roadways in select locations on Interstate 93 in Bow (MM 31.0 - 34.85 NB & SB) and Hooksett, and spot inlays on the Circumferential Highway (between Daniel Webster Highway and NH Rte. 3A). Resurfacing sections are as follows. Section 22804: Interstate 93 NB in Bow (Night Resurfacing) NB barrel from mile marker (MM) 31.0 to MM 34.85. Cold plane to 1' outside of the TW to a depth of 1.5 inches and pave a 1.5-inch high strength wearing course pavement inlay. Crack fill and then fog seal the shoulders. Section 22804A: Interstate 93 SB in Bow (Night Resurfacing) SB barrel from mile marker (MM) 31.0 to MM 34.85. Cold plane to 1' outside of the TW to a depth of 1.5 inches and pave a 1.5-inch high strength wearing course pavement inlay. Crack fill and then fog seal the shoulders. Section 22805: Interstate 93 in Hooksett ORT Lanes (Night Resurfacing) NB ORT lanes from MM 28.4 to MM 29.3 and SB ORT lanes MM 28.2 to MM 29.1. Cold plane to 1' outside of the TW to a depth of 1.5 inches and pave a 1.5- inch high strength wearing course pavement inlay. Then crack fill and then fog seal the shoulders. Section 20101B: Exit 8 Ramps in Nashua (Night Resurfacing) All ramps cold plane full width 2 inches and pave 2 inches high strength wearing course pavement. Section 22806SI: Spot Inlays on the Circumferential Highway in Nashua and Hudson (Night Resurfacing) Circumferential Highway Eastbound from Daniel Webster Highway to NH Rte. 3A, 13-foot wide, 1.5-inch deep spot inlays at locations to be determined by the Engineer. Circumferential Highway Westbound from NH Rte. 3A to Daniel Webster Highway, 13-foot wide, 1.5-inch deep spot inlays at locations to be determined by the Engineer
