Work included finishing an open area on the ground floor of Stabley Library with offices, meeting rooms and a multi-purpose classroom. Work also includes removal of some partition walls on the second floor and finishing the space into two offices, two tutoring rooms and one large writing center classroom. Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
