The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance/Payment bond in the full amount of the contract price indemnifying the Owner from any and all proceedings, suites or actions of any kind, name or description and conditional for the faithful performance of the work and as security for the payment of all persons performing labor and furnishing materials in connection with the contract. Each bidder shall submit with his bid and affidavit showing prequalification in accordance with the standards by the State of New Jersey, Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction. The prequalification standards are accepted as meeting the minimum requirements of prequalification certification by the above State Agency for bidders. Each bidder shall therefore attach to their bid the prequalification certification from the above referenced State Agency which must be active on the date of acceptance of these bids.
