The intent of this RFP is to inform Building Automation firms about the construction of the New Sydney Waterfront Campus Development in Sydney, Nova Scotia, through an RFP for Building Automation Services. Through the normal course of Facilities Management operations for a post-secondary institution, one of the steps in being able to successfully complete this project involves the services of a Building Automation Services firm to provide and support for the creation of the new campus. For this RFP, NSCC invites Proponents to provide Proposals (RFP) responses for Building Automation Services for the New Sydney Waterfront Campus Development with the following objectives: - Provide a fully functional BAS system in accordance with these tender documents - Ensure the BAS system addresses the facility/space/program needs for the continued NSCC growth in student capacity in an efficient and cost-effective manner - Ensure the BAS system maximizes NSCC Facilities utilization of the space - Ensure the BAS system is constructed with an environmentally conscious focus - Ensure the BAS system operates in an energy efficient manner using current technology RFP documents are available electronically from: Bryan Whyte Email: Bryan.Whyte@nscc.ca .
