This project is bid in accordance with Wicks Law. There is one Project Manual with two (2) contracts required to complete the scope of work. One is for a General Contractor and the other for an Electrical Contractor. Total scope of project exceeds $500,000 General and electrical construction work for three (3) classrooms/lecture halls including finishes (flooring, sound soak, acrovyn, glass markerboards, backing to support new video walls, replace existing lights, speakers, power, data, pathways for A/V devices and equipment. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 13% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 17% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: Complete by 8/12/22 or 8/19/22 depending on scope The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project #: 2020-219 Natural Sciences Complex (NSC) Classroom Renovation Phase 2 and carrying out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents.
