The Toronto District School Board intends to secure a Contract(s) with qualified Bidder(s) Plumbing Emergency and Miscellaneous Repairs at Various TDSB Sites As Required as required for the period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below: The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract which will be effective for a Two (2) year firm price period from December 2021 to December 2023. If Bidder cannot quote firm prices for the contract period, Bidder must state clearly in their submission the basis on which prices are submitted. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for Two (2) additional One (1) year periods at pricing agreed to by both parties. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
