Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Perrysburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract. Prospective bidders may address inquiries to Brian Thomas through the website. All inquiries must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on December 6, 2021. The project is located within the City of Perrysburg corporation limits and is thereby eligible for City Income Tax collection. The City reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received. This project consists of installing curbed islands, minor drainage improvements, pavement replacement and adding additional handicapped parking spaces in the existing parking lot of Rotary Park.
