**As of January 21, 2022 the project was awarded to Reign City Services with award amount of $203,634.50 The Work includes constructing banner poles on N Meridian Avenue, including necessary demolition and restoration of surface features and other public improvements. The work is further described in the Project Specifications & Special Provisions. Pay special attention to the Project-specific Special Provision Section, as requirements have changed from previous years. 1. Clearing and Grubbing. 2. Removing vegetation where specified on the Plans or as required to complete the Work. This work also includes all excavation, compaction, topsoil, bark mulch, and planting area preparation to completely restore the landscape areas prior to completion of construction. 3. Removing, temporarily capping, and restoring irrigation impacted during construction. 4. Removing, salvaging, and reinstalling (or replacing in-kind) fence. The Engineer's estimated range for this project is between $140,000 to $185,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City of Puyallup reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid if such action is believed to be in the best interest of the City. This project shall be physically completed within 25 Working Days.
