New fire alarm system for the Tucker Apartment Building. Full or portions of the project may be impacted by the pandemic. The Notice To Proceed for this project may be issued as much as 90 days from the date DHCD approves the construction contract.The work is estimated to cost $63,124. 1. The Project consists of: Installation of new fire alarm system including new addressable panel and new devices throughout the building.
2. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 1. All cutting and patching required for the project construction.
2. Products and installation for patching and extending Work.
3. Transition and adjustments.
4. Repair of damaged surfaces, finishes, and cleaning.
5. Coordination of any cutting and patching required by subtrades. This deposit will be refunded for up to two sets for general bidders and for one set for sub-bidders upon return of the sets in good condition within thirty (30) days of receipt of general bids. Otherwise the deposit shall be the property of the Awarding Authority.
