The Project includes the installation of approximately 3,330 lf of 12" water main, 2,205 lf of 6" force main, 1,225 lf of 8" gravity sewer, 8 manholes along the gravity sewer line, a sanitary sewer pump station, clearing, grading, and construction of new roadway. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. There is not a pre-bid conference for this project. The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $150.00 per set, which includes shipping, payable to LKC Engineering. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent to the Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. This section of the specifications includes the furnishing and installation of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and operations necessary for the proper execution and completion of all electrical work indicated on the drawings and specified herein. The Contractor shall furnish and install all conduit, cable, systems for power, and shall furnish and install raceways for special systems as specified herein and as indicated on the electrical drawings, complete and ready to operate in every respect, including connection of Owner furnished equipment, if applicable.
