Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Swan River, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing to prospective proponents to submit proposals for mechanical upgrades (HRV) as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3). The Owner requires the services of a Contractor for a Mechanical Upgrade (HRVs) at 207- 6th Street South, Swan River, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, Replacement of existing supply and exhaust air system with a make-up air heat recovery unit. Work site location will be partially occupied during construction. Deadline for questions is November 30, 2021. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca Official bid documents must be obtained from Merx and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
