Remodeling of an educational facility in Atoka, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Project no- 21-103 Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. PLEASE MARK THE ENVELOPE: "BID FOR KIAMICHI TECH ATOKA CAMPUS REMODEL & INTERIOR FINISH UPDATES; DELIVER TO MS. FREE" All participants and visitors will be subject to a temperature check. Attendance at the pre bid meeting is non-mandatory for any general contractor wishing to submit a bid on the project. All attendees will be subject to temperature check. If you are feeling unwell, running a temperature, or experiencing COVID symptoms please do not attend. In addition, in the last 14 days, if you have traveled to an area where there are major COVID outbreaks or have traveled out of the country, please do not attend. Checks or surety bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after bid opening date. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. This project consists of remodeling one existing shop area of the Kiamichi Technology Atoka Campus. Trades involved include demolition, framing, flooring, gypsum board, doors & frames, painting, ceilings, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and miscellaneous specialties.
