This RFP is an invitation by the County to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Provision of an 8 bed homeless shelter located in the Town of Bancroft, Ontario, as further described in Appendix E - Specifications. To be eligible for this program, the units are required to be modular: - Modular is defined as housing units that are partially or fully built in off-site (e.g. a factory, warehouse, or similar facility) by a qualified manufacturer and delivered to the site in whole or in parts.
