Payment will be made after items or services have been received in accordance with award. Vendors must bid unit costs, but may offer lump sum discounts. Gregg County reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any bid received and to waive any irregularities or formalities in the best interest of Gregg County. Gregg County is seeking the services of an experienced and qualified fencing Contractor with proven expertise in fencing installations for a fencing project at the Pct. 4 Gregg County facility. This RFP will require a performance bond. Project shall consist of, but not limited to: Provide and install 1,600 ft. of 6 ft. chain link fence Provide and install (3) Strands of barbwire along the entire top of fence Must use 11 gauge fabric Provide 1 7/8 line post schedule 20 Provide 1 5/8 top rail .065 Provide and install (16) 3in x10ft schedule 20 terminal posts Provide and install (2) 4x6 walk through gates, one for each meter (see drawing in exhibit B) Take down/stack existing 1,600 ft. of 6ft chain link fence. No haul off
