This project is the subject of financial assistance under the Infrastructure Support Program for the Quebec Games of the Ministère de l'Éducation. The tenders must be accompanied, in particular, by the following documents: 1. a bond or certified check made out to the city of Rimouski, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender, valid for sixty (60) days; 2. an authorization to be signed on behalf of the company; 3. a declaration by the tenderer; 4. if required, a letter of intent from a duly authorized company guaranteeing that it undertakes to provide the following documents: a) performance guarantee of 50% of the total amount of the tender; b) Guarantee of payment of labor and materials of 50% of the total amount of the tender. 5. a certificate of tax compliance.
