Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
* Due to the value is under $250,000, no information regarding tender results to be released for publication by University of Manitoba. This project involves the development of seating and study areas in the formerly wide open Entry Lobby of the Elizabeth Dafoe Library. A variety of space types will be included, from stadium -type seating to a stand-up perch counter. Scope includes new wall cladding, ceilings and lighting and electrical (no data) to serve the intermittent users of the space. Documents are available at https://umanitoba.bonfirehub.ca/ Only those companies, who are on the list of Pre-qualified General Contractors of University of Manitoba, are eligible to bid this project.
