Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project primarily involves excavation for channel widening. It also involves the installation of storm sewer outfall pipes, riprap, and slopepaving. Scope of Work of the Contract includes drainage channel construction improvements and excavation in Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 142. -Site preparation of excavation areas, including stripping of top six inches (6") depth of topsoil, removal of vegetation, and stockpile. -Replace stripping on excavation areas, spread approximately six inches (6") thick to meet final grades prior to seeding (stripping -will not be replaced in the area below proposed normal pool elevation). -Haul, spread, and compact excavation from channel along top of bank, side slopes, berms, and fill of proposed channel as directed by engineer -Excavation of Channel to final elevations and grades in accordance with plans. Quantity of in-situ material to be verified before excavation or haul operation commences. -Type "C" manhole for 24"-42" pipe, standard depth -Type "C" manhole for 48"-72" pipe, standard depth, -60-inch RCP, ASTM C-76, Class III COMPLETION TIME- 90 calendar days The Project Site- The project is located South of Fulshear Gaston Road, to the East of the Creekside Ranch development and to the west of Hidden Lake Lane
