Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eaton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project consists of the roundabout improvements with the installation of approximately 3,552 TON of HMA, 2,911 CY of ABC, 4,389 SY of 8.5" Concrete Pavement-Truck Apron, 1,630 SY of Concrete Pavement-Median (6"), 820 LF of 15" RCP, 152 LF of 18" RCP, 82 LF of 24" RCP, 111 LF of 36" RCP, 87 LF of RCES (23"x14"), 1,055 SY Concrete Pavement - Sidewalk, 4,422 LF of CDOT Vertical II-B (2' Gutter), 3,527 LF. of CDOT Mountable Type-I-M (1' Gutter), 263 LF CDOT Mountable Type II-M (2' Gutter), 18,284 SY Base/Subbase Prep other miscellaneous work. Work also includes removal and disposal off-site of approximately 28100 SF of Gravel Surface, 11,242 SY of Asphalt Pavement, 260 LF of Curb and Gutter, 264 LF. Storm Culvert and other miscellaneous work. Work to be coordinated with Weld County and Eaton High School includes Traffic Control and SWMP. All bid proposals must be on the form provided and must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Town of Eaton negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactorily Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid. Checks accompanying bids not accepted will be returned to the bidders. The selected Contractor will be required to furnish a 100% Contract Performance Bond and a 100% Contract Payment Bond to cover the execution of the Work which shall be in conformity with the Form of Bonds contained in the Specifications and for the Contract Amount. The Work will be substantially completed July 18, 2022, and complete and ready for final payment July 30, 2022. No bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the consent of the Town of Eaton, for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening bids. The Town of Eaton reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in bids, and accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Town of Eaton, is to the best interests of the Town of Eaton.
