The work also includes the construction of an aqueduct and sewer system over approximately 450 m along the Lac Ouest road. Please note that the presence of bidders may be limited due to the places available according to the 2-meter distance rule which must be respected during the COVID-19 pandemic period. The City of Alma does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received nor to incur any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer (s) and reserves the right to override a minor irregularity in the the case of the lowest service offer.
