The limits of the project are from Colfax Avenue to I-70. The overlay is to be placed on the entire width of the roadway including turning lanes. Structure E-16-FJ which falls within these limits will also be milled and overlaid with 3 inches of Stone Matrix Asphalt (Fibers) (Asphalt). Other elements of the project include: 1. ADA curb ramps, 2. Curb and gutter and sidewalk replacement, 3. Adjustment of manholes and valve boxes, 4. Storm drain inlet protection, 5.
