Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a civil project in Bristol, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following: Construction of a shallow gravel/till aquifer well and installation of a submersible well pump and pitless unit. Installation of below grade mixing vault and metering vault. Installation of a tank flushing, mixing system, and devices in the existing elevated storage tank. Construction of underground water main, storm sewer and associated work. Replacement of chemical feed equipment and scale. Related electrical work, including modifications to existing control panel. Coordination with Engineer for schedule/timing/testing of control programming changes. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Prequalification of Bidders is required. Statement of Bidder's Qualifications forms will be issued with the Bid Documents. No bids will be accepted from any Bidder who has not submitted a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who has been determined to be unqualified. All bidders must submit a prequalification form regardless of previous submittal of similar forms. Work substantially completed within 210 days; General Conditions within 240 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run
