As of June 10, 2024, this project is underway. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Design and construction services to construct the 22,500 square foot Oregon State University (OSU and/or Owner) is conducting a competitive Two-step Request for Proposals (RFP) process to retain one (1) Design Build (DB) team to the OSU-Cascades Student Success Center (the Project).All firms that are submitting a response to this RFP, either through a Joint Venture, a Joint Collaborative Proposal, others, etc., must submit a single response. OSU will only enter into an Agreement with One (1) firm. The terms Design-Build Contractor and Design-Build team may be used interchangeably and are generally defined as the proposing firm with whom OSU may contract with to provide professional design, management and construction services to design and build the project.
