Contractor Shall Complete All Work as Specified or Indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work Is Generally Described as Follows: This Project Is Located at 102 Ann Street in Fayetteville, Nc. The Project Involves the Installation of Stream Bank Stabilization Structures and Partial Reconstruction of the Existing Church Parking Lot. Approximately 0.3 Acres of Land Will Be Disturbed for the Construction of the Stream Bank Stabilization Within the Limits of Construction Shown on the Plans. All Disturbed Areas Will Be Sodded or Otherwise Stabilized as Indicated on the Drawings. Erosion Control Measures Will Be Placed Within the Limits of Construction at Strategic Locations to Inhibit the Flow of Storm Water Runoff Onto Site and Prohibit the Flow of Sediment Off Site. The Project has an expected duration of 240 days. FAY1006 FAY1012 Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: 1. Bank Stabilization 2. Block wall construction A. Construct Work as described in the Contract Documents. 1. Provide the materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the Project completely and fully operable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete Project. 3. Provide the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and all other Work required for a complete and operable Project. 4. Test and place the completed Project in operation. 5. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as indicated in the Contract Documents for the operation and maintenance of the Project. 6. The Contract Documents do not indicate or describe all Work required to complete the Project. Additional details required for the correct installation of selected products are to be provided by the Contractor and coordinated with the Engineer B. Owner may pre-select or pre-purchase goods for this Project per Section 01 64 00 "OwnerFurnished Goods and Special Services." Install these goods and coordinate the performance of specified special services.
