We extend this bid to cover all labor, materials, equipment and necessary essentials to install a tot lot structure and safety surface at the following location. o GIRARD PLAYGROUND- 5300 Irving St., Metairie, LA 70003 Pour-in-Place rubber surface in specs for tot lot, color shall be picked from color chart provided by awarded vendor o All colors to be selected by owner from color chart provided by awarded vendor o Parks and Recreation will not be responsible for any materials or equipment on site while job is in progress o Awarded vendor must provide their own dumpster on site to dispose of debris and must get dumpster location approved o Vendor shall be responsible for furnishing and installing all equipment, parts, supplies, supervision and personnel needed, plus any permits, fees, etc. need to complete this job. o All work to be done in workmanlike manner. o Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to grounds, i.e.: ruts, concrete and structural, etc. Contractor shall take pictures and video before starting job. o Specifications for Playworld Outdoor Tot Lot - Small Sample Package & Rubber Surfacing, per below specifications - or approved equal. o Removal of existing equipment and surfacing will be done by owner o No added concrete o Existing swing frame component to be used with new system o Bid to include; 1 ADA swing, 1 tot swing and 2 belt swings to fit existing swing frame component
