UNC Greensboro is issuing this RFQ to obtain information regarding pricing and delivery for the Re-Lamping of Lighting Fixtures surrounding one of the Recreation Field complexes on the University Campus. The awarded Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove existing lamps, clean the interior and exterior sides of the fixtures, and install new lamps at the Recreation Field complex located at 1511 Walker Avenue. BASE BID:
o Remove and dispose of the existing lamps in 73 Hubbell fixtures mounted on 6 poles surrounding the UNCG Recreation Field complex.
o Clean interior and exterior sides of fixture lenses.
o Provide and Install new MUSCO MH 1500-H Lamps.
o Clean up the worksite and remove debris.
o Vendor to comply with all UNCG lock-out tag-out procedures and electrical safety requirements
ADDITIONAL ITEMS:
o Vendor to provide a per fixture unit price to furnish deliver and install a replacement ballast.
o Ballasts shall be MUSCO and include fuses.
o Ballasts shall only be replaced on an as needed basis. TIMELINE OF COMPLETION:
