The Brazos River Authority (BRA) is currently requesting proposals for Diver Maintenance Services from individuals or Firms (together "Firms"). The BRA does not guarantee that any specific quantity of work will be provided during the term of this agreement. The Firms selected will enter into an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Professional Services Contract and shall thereafter, upon request perform professional services. As diver maintenance services are required during the period of the Contract, an individual Service Order will be negotiated with the selected provider. These services will be required at facilities operated by the BRA throughout the Brazos River Basin including but not limited to Dams; Water Treatment, Pump Station, and Transmission facilities; Wastewater Collection, Treatment, and Pump Station facilities The term of this Contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, commencing on the Effective Date, and may be renewed by subsequent agreement of the parties for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods, for a total potential term of five (5) years All inquiries, including clarifying questions, related to this RFP shall only be directed to the Purchasing Agent via e-mail to submissions@brazos.org . The Purchasing Agent will direct any inquiries to the appropriate BRA staff, a response will be issued and if warranted, an Addendum will be posted Electronically 4:00 PM, Wednesday, December 1, 2021 : Last date and time to ask questions or request additional information. Email questions to submissions@brazos.org. 4:00 PM, Friday, December 3, 2021 : Post response to questions received as of the deadline or as soon thereafter, as an Addendum All qualified firms including Small, Minority, Women Owned Businesses and Historically Underutilized Businesses are encouraged to submit proposals in response to this request. The BRA shall have the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, and to waive any technicalities in the interest of the BRA.
