Bid Package 1 - (Mechanical Equipment) includes early procurement of HVAC equipment only for the renovations to the existing Lehman HS campus. The remaining scope will be included in the issuance of the 50% Construction Documents. Please refer to the Phasing Plan and Schedule in the PIP folder for further definition. The total scope consists of the following: 1. HVAC replacement including controls and associated electrical a. 1 for 1 replacements for east half of building b. New building controls system for new units, with associated unit controllers/sensors 2. Roofing replacement at east campus 3. Flooring - library and admin 4. Tennis courts - 2 new courts with accessible path Alternates: 1. Fire Smoke Dampers - various scope incl. missing shaft walls, disassembled dampers, etc 2. Replacing unit HVAC controls for west half of building, to integrate into new controls system 3. Band Parking lot additional lighting a. To look at adding lighting to directors tower rather than adding additional poles 4. Track failure/cracking remediation a. Include tree removal at retaining pond 5. Welding Door between classroom and shop a. Confirm with RAS if ramp will be required 6. Flooring replacement/refinishing at fine arts - dance, theater, band hall a. Investigate drainage issues at theater exterior door Not in scope: - Fire Alarm - district has already begun this work
