Facility Code Number: 676-0296 Project no: M21044 Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders. B. Project Identification: 21015 Interior Renovation for Perry Middle School. Project Location: Perry Middle School 495 Perry Parkway, Perry, GA 31069. Project consists of interior renovation of the existing school to include flooring, painting, ceiling replacement, lighting replacement, and miscellaneous items. Project cost range is approximately $5,500,000.00. F. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [5] percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of [60] days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidder shall begin procuring materials on receipt of the Notice to Proceed (est. January 12, 2022), begin renovation work on May 28, 2022, and shall complete the Work prior to August 1, 2022. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder This Invitation to Bid document is issued by Altman + Barrett Architects, P.C..
