**As of 2/2/2022 project was awarded to A. Folino Construction, Inc. Capital Budget $9,690,069.69 PWSA is requesting bids for the replacement and upsizing of the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) public water system including water mains, valves, service connections, and hydrants as required or directed. In addition to the water main work, various existing catch basins located adjacent to the work areas will be replaced, buried sewer manholes will be raised to grade, and new sewer manholes will be installed. Reference No. 20048 Questions Due Date: Dec 9th 2021, 4:00 PM EST Supplier Diversity Participation - The Authority's current goal for Minority Business Enterprise ("M BE"), Women Business Enterprise ("WBE"), Disadvantaged Small Business Enterprise ("DBE"), Small Business Enterprises ("SBE"), Veteran Business Enterprise ("VBE")/Service Disabled-Veteran Business Enterprises ("SDVBE") participation is between ten percent (10%) to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total dollar value of the Authority's contracts. All Bids for such contracts must be accompanied by Exhibit II-M BE/ WBE/ DBE/SBE/VBE/SDVBE Solicitation and Commitment Statement, demonstrating a good faith effort to meet said goals, or a detailing of why the M BE/ WBE/ DBE/SBE/VBE/SDVBEparticipation goals could not be met.
