S21068C, R21-4095.000 This project includes: Mechanical and electrical system replacements and interior finishes. Work under this Contract includes: 1. Building Enclosure a. Exterior wall systems of face brick, cavity wall insulation. b. Roofing systems of multi-ply built-up and pre-finished metal flashing. Interior Finishes a. Insulated gypsum board/metal stud partitions, concrete block infills and patching. b. Floor finishes of VCT, structural terrazzo, traffic topping. c. Wall finishes of paint, porcelain tile, gypsum board plaster. d. Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile, gypsum board, gypsum board soffits. e. Plastic laminate casework, HM doors and frames, access panels, hardware, glazing, markerboards, tackboards, signage, miscellaneous specialties. 3. Mechanical Systems a. Plumbing including, supply and waste piping systems, piping insulation, plumbing fixtures. b. Heating including piping, piping insulation, boilers, furnaces. c. Ventilation to include, air handlers, unit ventilators, fan coils, ductwork, duct insulation, chilled water piping, DX condensers, chillers, cooling towers. d. Temperature control system. 4. Electrical Systems a. Electrical service, switchgear, distribution panels, conduit and wiring. b. Interior and exterior lighting. Parking lot lighting. c. Communications including telephone, intercom, public address system. d. Fire alarm and security systems. 5. Keep Architect fully informed about progress of the work, performance of the work and potential problems.
