If dropping off a bid in person, bids must be dropped off duringbusiness hours only between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond in the amount of Ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid, payable to the City of Joliet.
