You are invited to review and respond to this Department of State Hospitals (DSH) Napa solicitation. The DSH is seeking bids for a contractor to six (6) pedestrian gate locks, two (2) door locks for entry door to BLDG 351 and Control Room 102, rebuild kits, motors and gear boxes for two (2) automotive gate entrances, and fabricate four (4) new access control panels. Contractor License Type Description C-10 Electrical Contractor C-13 Fencing Contractor All bidders must attend the conference to have their bids considered responsive and responsible. Bidders who wish to attend the conference must notify Ashley Davis via e-mail at Ashley.Davis2@dsh.ca.gov and Talia Yates at Talia.Yate@dsh.ca.gov or via fax at (707) 253-5580 by 5:00 p.m. by May 09, 2022. This notification must include the first and last name of the proposed attendee, as well as their drivers license number and date of birth, for security clearance purposes. Deadline for Submission of Questions 05/16/2022 2:00PM The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be June 15, 2022, through June 30, 2023. Bidders shall notify the DSH immediately via e-mail at Ashley.Davis2@dsh.ca.gov and Talia.Yates@dsh.ca.gov if they need clarification about the services being sought or have questions about the IFB instructions or requirements
