Due to COVID-19, all tender openings will be conducted in private in order to ensure compliance to the social distancing measures the provincial health authority has implemented. All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: "Forests.SkeenaTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca". Deadline for receiving questions is noon, November 29, 2021. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by 3:00 p.m., November 30, 2021. Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the Trade, Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement (TILMA), the national Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO GPA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). The term of the contract will be from April 15 to August 15, 2022 End date for Spring Tree Planting will be June 21, 2022
