There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting as described in the Instruction to Bidders. The date of availability for this contract will be March 21, 2022. If the bid does not equal or exceed $300,000, a bid security is not required. Bidders will comply with all applicable laws regulating the practice of General Contracting as required by the General Statutes of North Carolina which requires the Bidder to be licensed by the North Carolina Licensing Board for Contractors when bidding on any project where the bid is $30,000 or more.
